Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refund Policy
All services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.

2. Lash Guarantee
If you experience significant lash extension loss within 72 hours of your appointment, you must notify us within this timeframe. We will arrange a complimentary fix appointment where appropriate. No fixes will be offered outside of the 72-hour period.

3. Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We require 24hr notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

4. Deposits
Deposits are required to secure all bookings and are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.

5. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays to other clients. Full service fees still apply.

6. Client Responsibility
Proper aftercare must be followed to maintain lash retention. We are not responsible for poor retention due to failure to follow aftercare instructions, medical conditions, or external factors.

7. Allergic Reactions
While rare, allergic reactions can occur. We recommend a patch test prior to your appointment. We are not liable for any reactions if a patch test is declined.
